While the primary audience is women using resistive violence against their abusers, women who have been the victims of domestic violence but have not responded with violence will also benefit from this program.
This individual based counseling program focuses on participants understanding of feelings, expressions, behaviors and their effects. Along with developing skills to calm and cope, participants will gain knowledge of how to manage their feelings and anger, build self esteem and overall mental health. This is a week treatment program for men who have been abusive or are concerned they might become abusive.

I received my degree from St. Cloud State University. I was first introduced to the mental health field when I began working with children and adults in neurodevelopmental disorders in a corporate foster care setting. I also have experience in working with adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses in outpatient, in-home, and residential settings.
